Passwords must contain the following to be compliant.

• Passwords must be 8-10 characters.
• Passwords must be alphanumeric and contain at least one special character (!,$,%).
• Passwords must have one upper and one lowercase letter.
• Do not use easily guessable passwords, such as your name, username, city you live in.
• New passwords must not be set to be the same as the previous password.
